1. Introduction:

We’re a fully insured, bonded, and professional cleaning service. Trust us to come equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and gear.

2. Our Teams:

Our expert cleaning teams typically comprise X members, though solo services might be provided occasionally. We employ a meticulous checklist to guarantee uniform, top-quality cleaning.

3. Conduct on Premises:

Rest assured, our teams uphold a strict no-smoking and no-eating policy within your property.

4. Quality Assurance:

Our commitment is to consistently deliver unmatched cleaning quality. You can count on our dependable and integrity-driven cleaning staff.

5. Performance Guarantee:

We pride ourselves on exceeding expectations. In the rare case something is overlooked, alert us within 24 hours, and we’ll rectify it.

6. Respectful Interaction:

Our cleaning staff deserves courtesy and kindness. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespect won’t be tolerated.

7. Drug & Alcohol Policy:

We maintain a strict no drug or alcohol policy. If such activities are observed on-site, our team reserves the right to depart immediately, charging the full-service fee.

8. Scheduling and Cancellations:

We request a 2-day notice for rescheduling or cancellation to optimize our roster. Late notices will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service rate. For terminating our services permanently, a 2-week notice is expected.

9. Access to Premises:

Ensure our team can access your property. If there’s an access issue or the team is refused entry, a 50% fee of the service rate will be charged.

10. Pet Hair Surcharge:

Excessive animal hair cleanup will incur an additional [$x] charge.

11. Safety Precautions:

Our team uses only company-approved ladders and will always wear shoes for safety purposes.

12. Service Additions:

Should you desire added services, notify us a week in advance. Unfortunately, last-minute additions might not be accommodated.

13. Payment Protocol:

Payment is due post-service. Unsettled bills within 24 hours will attract an extra [$x] fee. Continuous non-payment will lead to service suspension.

14. Preparation for Cleaning:

Please declutter areas to be cleaned. Any tidying by our team due to clutter will result in an added $20 to your bill.

15. Valuable Items:

For safeguarding, please store away any priceless or fragile items.

16. Damages and Reporting:

We’re not accountable for damages resulting from improperly installed items. However, accidental damages by our team will be reported immediately. Please notify us within 24 hours for any damages you attribute to our service; else compensation might be denied.

17. Children’s Safety:

Supervise children during our service hours to ensure their safety amidst our equipment and staff.

18. Pet Protocol:

Kindly secure any pets that might pose a threat to our staff. We’re not equipped to handle pet-related messes.

19. Heavy Lifting:

For safety reasons, our staff is prohibited from moving bulky furniture or equipment.

20. Price Adjustments:

Due to operational cost fluctuations, we might revise our rates semi-annually, ensuring ample notice is given.
